Note: There's very little in here yet on communications. Will get to it when I can.

A few notes

• Wired intercom lines to neighbors
• Outdoor antennas for radios and cell phones
• Phone connection run into shelter (protected by conduit, direct to NIB)
• Outdoor signalling: flares, smoke, sound
• 2-way radio: standard rendezvous frequencies (are there any?)
• Protecting electronics from EMP
